Learn from the Best

Now I can officially say, "Learn from the best!"

On 28th July I won my age group in the National Masters Road Race Championship & get to wear the coveted jersey for the next 12 months. It was a grim day on a super hard course in Lancashire which included 16 fast descents across cattle grids in the wet & a short (thankfully) 20% climb. Not to mention all of the other climbs & super steep technical descents. I managed to get away from my nearest rival on the long drag up the finish.

Hard work = Reward - You CAN do it whatever your age!
